Officer Election Candidacy Forms

Lodge officer elections will be held at the Fall Fellowship in September and chapter officer elections will be held later in the Fall. In anticipation of that, we are asking those that are interested in seeking office to complete one of the following forms, depending on which office you are interested in.

One form is for the Chapter level and the other for the Lodge Level. This is not designed to prevent anyone from running for office. This is an opportunity for you as a potential youth leader to have a conversation about the responsibilities that a leadership position in the OA, or anywhere for that matter, would entail.

You as the youth interested in a position need to print the appropriate form and complete the information. Then either have your unit leader and parent sign the form for Chapter level or the Chapter Advisor and your parent sign for a Lodge position. These forms need to be delivered to either the Chapter Advisor or Lodge Advisor no less than 1 week before the officer elections.

I hope that each of you will seek out a leadership position. Or if not, please consider joining a committee or merely helping one of the officers. There are many opportunities to serve in the Order of the Arrow and as we move forward, more opportunities may present themselves in the future.
